Membership

Membership is open to:
  • Education officers of government and government-aided schools, junior colleges and centralised institutes
  • Executive Administrative Staff of MOE
  • Allied Educators
  • Teaching staff of MOE independent schools
  • Lecturers of National Institute of Education
  • MOE retired staff – Education pioneers and MOE staff who have retired from service
Mode of membership registration

Current MOE staff are automatically registered as members of the library.

Teachers without CS cards are required to fill up Form A with endorsement by the Principal or Vice-Principal. Membership forms for teaching staff from MOE independent schools, SPED schools and NIE lecturers are provided upon request.

Membership for MOE Retired Staff

This membership is for education pioneers and MOE staff who have retired from service. The library requires 2 weeks to process a membership application. A library membership card will be issued. Please produce the library card when borrowing library items. The library card is non-transferable. Please report loss of library membership card immediately to prevent unauthorised use of card.
